If you're looking for a highly portable laptop that's easy on your wallet, the ASUS Vivobook Go 12 is the way to go. It's designed for basic tasks and will serve well for everyday usage like browsing and document editing. On the flip side, the Razer Blade 15 is considerably more expensive but offers high performance suitable for demanding tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and gaming. It has a more powerful processor, better graphics, and a high-resolution display that makes it ideal for engineering and creative work. The tradeoff for the Razer Blade's robust capabilities is less portability due to its increased weight and potentially shorter battery life during intensive tasks. Give Feedback

The Razer Blade 15 is good for general use, while the ASUS Vivobook Go 12 is poor.
The ASUS Vivobook Go 12 is equipped with a lower-end CPU and very limited RAM and storage, coupled with a low-resolution TN display, making it less capable for demanding tasks and less pleasant for viewing compared to the Razer Blade 15, which boasts a high-end CPU, substantial RAM and storage, and a high-resolution IPS display, delivering smooth performance and vivid visuals required for a wide range of general use cases. Although the Vivobook Go 12 offers excellent portability with its light weight and good battery life, the Razer Blade 15, despite being heavier, provides a much higher quality keyboard, better speakers, efficient heat management, and overall build quality.

The Razer Blade 15 is very good for gaming and AI, while the ASUS Vivobook Go 12 is poor.
The ASUS Vivobook Go 12 is equipped with a basic Intel UHD Graphics 600 GPU and a display that refreshes at 60Hz, which severely limits its capacity for gaming and 3D applications. In contrast, the Razer Blade 15 boasts a powerful Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti GPU alongside a high-speed 240Hz screen, catering to intensive graphics rendering and smoother visual performance crucial for gaming and 3D tasks.

The Razer Blade 15 has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook Go 12 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
Considering the ASUS VivoBook Go 12's poor screen quality across the board, its low resolution and dim display are likely drawbacks for everyday tasks, while its limited color range compromises precision in engineering and design. The Razer Blade 15, with its bright, high-resolution display, excels in offering sharp details and vibrant colors for general use and professional design work, but its lower refresh rate might not be ideal for the fast-paced visuals required in high-end gaming and 3D applications.

"The 2022 Blade 15 offers roughly 15 to 25 percent faster graphics performance and 20 percent faster CPU performance over last year's Core i7-11800H and RTX 3080 model. Thankfully, the system doesn't need to run noticeably louder or warmer to achieve faster results, but both power consumption and battery life take a hit. The higher consumption in particular appears to be a trend amongst many 12th gen Core laptops including the Schenker Uniwill Technology GM7AG8P or MSI Vector GP66 when compared to their previous generation counterparts. We're also glad to not see below-average CPU performance which was the case for the 10th gen Core i7-10875H model."
