If you prioritize affordability and portability above all else, the ASUS Vivobook Go 12 can be a strong choice, with a weight light enough for easy travel and an excellent portability score. However, bear in mind that this model comes with more modest hardware, including less storage, memory, and a basic processor, which means it is likely best suited for basic tasks like web browsing and document editing. The screen is smaller and has a lower resolution, which isn't ideal for tasks that require visual detail. On the other hand, the ASUS Zenbook Duo offers significantly better performance for demanding applications, such as 3D modeling or complex engineering software, and it would be a better fit if your work involves any form of graphics or design, thanks to its higher-resolution touchscreen display and superior color coverage. It also includes additional features like a backlit keyboard and facial recognition for extra convenience. However, it’s heavier, making it less ideal for constant travel, and you’d be trading away some of those portability benefits for an improved overall experience. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Allen Ngo | May 2020
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
