If affordability is a primary concern for you, the ASUS Vivobook 15 might be a better choice as it often costs less. However, if you require high performance for tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, or gaming, the MSI Stealth 14 Studio, despite its higher price, will provide significantly better capability in these areas. The Vivobook 15 suits general use and is more portable due to its lighter weight compared to the Stealth, which is bulkier but brings with it enhanced graphics and processing power. Consider the Stealth if battery life is also a critical factor, as it usually offers longer usage on a single charge compared to the Vivobook. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth 14 Studio is good for gaming and AI, while the ASUS Vivobook 15 is poor.
The MSI Stealth 14 Studio excels in gaming and 3D applications due to its superior Nvidia RTX 4060 GPU and a higher screen refresh rate of 165, which offers smoother visuals, enhanced by a better CPU in the form of an Intel i7 compared to the ASUS Vivobook 15's modest Intel i3 UHD Graphics and lower refresh rate of 60. Additionally, the screen quality on the MSI is higher, providing a more vibrant and color-accurate display, improving the overall gaming and 3D visual experience.

The MSI Stealth 14 Studio is very good for engineering and design, while the ASUS Vivobook 15 is only fair.
The MSI Stealth 14 Studio offers superior performance for engineering and design because it has a more powerful CPU, twice the amount of RAM, and a high-end GPU, which greatly enhance its capability to handle intensive tasks, along with a higher-quality screen with better color coverage and brightness, essential for detailed visual work. On the other hand, the ASUS Vivobook 15, while more affordable, has a less powerful CPU, less RAM, and a less capable integrated GPU, making it less suited for demanding engineering applications, though it remains a viable option for lighter tasks and general use.

The MSI Stealth 14 Studio has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The ASUS Vivobook 15's screen exhibits adequate resolution and brightness suitable for everyday tasks and some engineering applications, but its limited color range and slower refresh rate may not satisfy gamers or professional designers who require more vibrant and fluid visuals. On the other hand, the MSI Stealth 14 Studio offers a higher quality display with greater color accuracy and a wider color spectrum, meeting the needs of engineering and design professionals, but like the ASUS, it falls short in refresh rate, making it less ideal for the fast-paced demands of 3D gaming. Generally, for both laptops, the tradeoff is between better color representation and screen clarity versus the smoother motion and quick response needed for gaming.

"The Asus VivoBook 15 is a quiet office notebook with a strong screen. However, the VivoBook 15 still has room for improvement. Office and internet applications as well as simple games do not pose any major challenges for the VivoBook - this is ensured by the built-in combination of Ryzen 7 5700U APU and 16 GB of RAM. Heat and noise emissions are acceptable. But, the laptop has weaknesses that should not be present at this level: lack of keyboard lighting, a slow memory card reader, no fast USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt 4) with Power Delivery and DisplayPort. Battery runtimes can only be described as average."
"You'll find a versatility in the MSI Stealth 14 Studio that isn’t matched by many content-creator laptops we've tested of late. The small frame allows you to (potentially) work from anywhere with an outlet and, if noise isn’t a concern, run your most demanding of programs, thanks to some powerful hardware inside. The MSI Stealth 14 Studio is an attractive and powerful option if you want a portable laptop to be the center of your content work setup."
