If you prioritize a more budget-friendly option for basic tasks like web browsing, office work, and media consumption, the ASUS Vivobook 15 would be a suitable choice. However, it has limited storage and moderate battery life. On the other hand, if you require a laptop for demanding activities such as 3D rendering, machine learning, or gaming, the MSI Creator Z16P with its advanced processor, high-end graphics, large storage capacity, and superior display would be a better fit. Though it's more expensive and heavier, which makes it less portable, it offers significantly better performance for professional and creative tasks. Give Feedback

The MSI Creator Z16P is good for general use, while the ASUS Vivobook 15 is only fair.
The ASUS Vivobook 15's Intel i3 processor and 8GB of RAM are suitable for light tasks, whereas the MSI Creator Z16P's Intel i9 processor and 16GB of RAM are better for more demanding applications, also offering a higher resolution touchscreen and significantly improved screen color accuracy. Though the Vivobook is lighter and more portable with longer battery life, the Creator Z16P, despite being heavier with a shorter battery life, compensates with its superior CPU, screen, and RAM, which enhance overall performance for general use.

The MSI Creator Z16P is very good for engineering and design, while the ASUS Vivobook 15 is only fair.
The MSI Creator Z16P outperforms the ASUS Vivobook 15 in engineering and design due to its superior processor (Intel i9 vs. Intel i3), more memory and storage, and a more powerful dedicated GPU, which are critical for demanding tasks and complex software prevalent in these fields. While the Vivobook offers some degree of portability and a competent IPS display, the Creator Z16P presents a higher quality screen with better resolution and color accuracy, although it is less portable and has more audible operating noise.

The MSI Creator Z16P has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The ASUS Vivobook 15 offers adequate resolution and brightness for daily tasks, but it may not have the color accuracy demanded by engineering and design professionals, and it lacks the high refresh rates required for smooth 3D experiences. The MSI Creator Z16P, with its superior color gamut coverage, shines for color-sensitive engineering and design work, while its resolution and brightness make it excellent for general use despite not having the optimal refresh rate for 3D applications. Both laptops could benefit from higher refresh rate displays for gaming and 3D, but only the MSI provides the color fidelity crucial for professional design tasks.

"The Asus VivoBook 15 is a quiet office notebook with a strong screen. However, the VivoBook 15 still has room for improvement. Office and internet applications as well as simple games do not pose any major challenges for the VivoBook - this is ensured by the built-in combination of Ryzen 7 5700U APU and 16 GB of RAM. Heat and noise emissions are acceptable. But, the laptop has weaknesses that should not be present at this level: lack of keyboard lighting, a slow memory card reader, no fast USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt 4) with Power Delivery and DisplayPort. Battery runtimes can only be described as average."
"There's almost nothing left to be desired with the MSI Z16P. The creator laptop offers enormous performance resources for image editing, video editing, rendering, and more. All this is presented on a precalibrated, adequately sized, and high-resolution display. Its color space, refresh rate, and panel technology are also perfectly suited for a device that specializes in video reproduction and editing."
