When choosing between the ASUS Vivobook 15 and Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga, consider that the ASUS is more budget-friendly and includes a 15.6-inch screen with a traditional aspect ratio, making it suitable for general use and has a numpad on the keyboard, but it's slightly heavier and bulkier, which could affect portability. The Lenovo, on the other hand, is more expensive but offers a higher resolution touchscreen with a 3:2 aspect ratio, better for productivity and reading, includes premium features like a fingerprint reader and facial recognition, and is lighter and thinner, enhancing its portability. It also provides better battery life. The ASUS might be better for cost-conscious customers not needing advanced features, while the Lenovo is geared toward business professionals seeking a high-end, portable device with performance for multitasking and regular travel. NotebookCheck

Sascha Mölck, | April 2022
"The Asus VivoBook 15 is a quiet office notebook with a strong screen. However, the VivoBook 15 still has room for improvement. Office and internet applications as well as simple games do not pose any major challenges for the VivoBook - this is ensured by the built-in combination of Ryzen 7 5700U APU and 16 GB of RAM. Heat and noise emissions are acceptable. But, the laptop has weaknesses that should not be present at this level: lack of keyboard lighting, a slow memory card reader, no fast USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt 4) with Power Delivery and DisplayPort. Battery runtimes can only be described as average."

PCMag

Tom Brant | April 2021
"The ThinkPad X1 Titanium is a showcase of what Lenovo thinks business computing will look like in the near future. People want thinner, lighter laptops with high-quality screens and enough computing power to get their work done. The X1 Titanium achieves these goals with some controversial but innovative design choices, including a redesigned keyboard and a pared-down port selection."
