The ASUS Vivobook 15 is less expensive and lighter, making it easier to carry around, but it has a weaker processor, less storage, and lower-quality graphics than the Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i. On the other hand, the Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i has a more powerful processor, better graphics, and a higher-resolution screen, which is great for engineering and intensive tasks like 3D rendering and machine learning. However, it's also more expensive and slightly heavier. The ASUS Vivobook may be better for general use and portability, while the Lenovo is suited for users needing performance for demanding applications. Give Feedback

The Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i has a better screen than the ASUS Vivobook 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The ASUS Vivobook 15, with its fair screen, is suitable for tasks like browsing and document editing due to its adequate resolution and brightness, but the lack of wide color gamuts makes it less ideal for color-sensitive engineering and design work. Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5i's very good screen offers sharper images and better visibility in different lighting, enhancing the experience for general use, and its superior color coverage benefits professional design tasks. However, both laptops fall short for gaming and 3D work, as their screens do not offer the high refresh rates required for smooth motion and fast-paced visuals.

"The Asus VivoBook 15 is a quiet office notebook with a strong screen. However, the VivoBook 15 still has room for improvement. Office and internet applications as well as simple games do not pose any major challenges for the VivoBook - this is ensured by the built-in combination of Ryzen 7 5700U APU and 16 GB of RAM. Heat and noise emissions are acceptable. But, the laptop has weaknesses that should not be present at this level: lack of keyboard lighting, a slow memory card reader, no fast USB-C port (USB 3.2 Gen 2 or Thunderbolt 4) with Power Delivery and DisplayPort. Battery runtimes can only be described as average."
"Lenovo’s IdeaPad Pro 5i represents an impressive opening salvo for Meteor Lake in the ultraportable space against familiar foes from AMD and Apple. Not only does the Core Ultra 5 125H processor provide good performance across the board, but battery life remains a strong point against the Acer Swift Edge 16 with its AMD Ryzen 7 7840U processor. It can’t quite match the endurance of the 15-inch MacBook Pro, but the gap is shrinking."
