The ASUS TUF Gaming A16 offers higher performance, suitable for intensive gaming and engineering tasks due to a more powerful processor and dedicated graphics card. It has a higher refresh rate display for smoother visuals, but this comes at the cost of heavier weight and shorter battery life. Both have similar screen sizes and resolutions, but if your priority is gaming or performance-intensive applications, the TUF Gaming A16 would be the preferable choice. If you're looking for a device for general use with better portability and battery life, then the Vivobook 16 would be more appropriate. Give Feedback

Dominic Bayley | May 2023
"The A16 makes an excellent case against more expensive laptops like the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 and the MSI Katana GF76, especially if you’re into 1080p gaming. However, although its affordable, it doesn’t skimp on performance or a robust chassis. But for me, the biggest factor that sets it apart from these options is its incredible battery life. In my time reviewing laptops, I can’t remember when I last saw a gaming laptop lasted 11 and a half hours on a single charge, which makes the A16, in my book, truly outstanding."

Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, Yannick Khong | May 2023
"The ASUS Vivobook 16 M1605 (2023) is a budget Windows laptop. It's available with various AMD Ryzen 5000 and 7000 U-series CPUs and integrated graphics. You can only get 8GB of RAM; however, there's an empty SO-DIMM slot if you want to upgrade it. It has an FHD+ (1920 x 1200) 16:10 IPS display, a full-size keyboard with a Numpad, a 720p webcam, and Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity. Ports include three USB-As, one USB-C, an HDMI, and a headphone jack. The USB-C supports charging but no video output."
