The ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 is more expensive and has a high refresh rate display, which is ideal for intensive gaming with smoother graphics. The Gigabyte Aero 5 is less expensive, with an OLED screen that offers higher resolution and better color reproduction, great for creative professionals and media consumption. Both have similar performance with powerful CPUs and GPUs. The ASUS has a slightly better battery life for general use but is less portable due to its weight. If you prioritize gaming performance and refresh rate, go for the ASUS; for portability, cost effectiveness, and stunning visuals, consider the Gigabyte Aero 5. Give Feedback

How the ASUS ROG Strix Scar 15 and the Gigabyte Aero 5 compare to other laptops
"Asus continues to refine the ROG Strix Scar lineup with new upgrades. The Asus ROG Strix Scar 15 offers almost everything you would expect from a gaming laptop at this price. The build quality is great, connectivity options are decent, and there is enough scope for internal upgrades as well. Asus reverts to membrane switches for the keyboard — though not as "clickety" as the opto-mechanical ones we saw with last year's model, they still make for a decent typing and gaming experience. The lack of biometrics in any form is a downer."
"It is unfortunate that the Gigabyte AERO notebook series have seem to lost its charm, as it’s not exactly any much different from the AORUS series now. Regardless, content creators and designers will certainly still appreciate the features on the AERO 5 XE4, which are fundamental to their work. This largely revolved around the notebook’s display, which is colour calibrated and validated, high resolution (4K) and with great AMOLED colour representation. Now that the AERO 5 XE4 has improved its performance with the latest CPU and GPU, the professionals can also appreciate the improved productivity from the notebook."
