Since you're comparing the ASUS ROG Strix G16 with the Jumper 16" Laptop, and keeping in mind ASUS ROG Strix G16 is more expensive, consider the following. The ASUS ROG Strix G16 is likely designed for gaming and possibly high-performance tasks due to being part of the ROG (Republic of Gamers) line, which usually features powerful processors, high-quality graphics cards, and a robust cooling system. This specification set would also suit demanding engineering applications or creative tasks like video editing. However, these features come with increased weight and potentially shorter battery life, making the laptop less portable. On the other hand, the Jumper 16" Laptop, while more affordable, may offer adequate performance for everyday use like web browsing, office tasks, and media consumption, and might be lighter and have longer battery life, which makes it more portable. It likely has less powerful components, so it would not be as suited for gaming or resource-intensive tasks. Consider what you'll primarily use the laptop for, and decide if the high performance and gaming capability of the ASUS are worth the extra cost and lower portability compared to the general use suitability of the Jumper. NotebookCheck

Marc Herter | March 2023
"With the mobile Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080, the Asus ROG Stix G16 hits the sweet spot between performance and cooling. The G16 also does not have to shy away from direct comparison with its supposedly stronger family member, the ROG Strix Scar 18 with its RTX 4090, as most benchmarks of the two laptops are very close to each other. Moreover, the G16 should be significantly cheaper. Depending on the supplier, the price difference here could be almost US$ 2,000. In the 2023 model series, Asus has significantly leveled out the differences between the two high-end lines."
