The ASUS ROG Flow X16 is a high-performance 2-in-1 laptop with a touchscreen and superior color accuracy, making it excellent for creative work and general use. It's also suitable for gaming and engineering tasks with its powerful AMD Ryzen 9 processor and Nvidia RTX 3060 graphics. However, it's pricier and has a larger footprint, which may affect portability despite its slim design. In contrast, the Lenovo LOQ 15i offers a more budget-friendly option with a slightly less powerful, but newer, Intel i7-13700H processor and Nvidia RTX 4060 graphics. It's a traditional laptop without a touchscreen, which might be less versatile but could mean better battery life for general use. It's also slightly more portable due to its smaller size and weight. If you prioritize top-tier performance, versatility, and a superior display for intensive tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, or creative work, and you're willing to pay a premium and carry a bit more weight, the ASUS ROG Flow X16 is the way to go. However, if you're looking for a more cost-effective solution for general use and prefer better portability with decent performance, the Lenovo LOQ 15i would be a suitable choice. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Christian Hintze | June 2023
"Above all else, the Asus ROG Flow X16 is one thing - versatile! It is a thin, mobile work device, it's a 2-in-1, tablet, a powerful workstation and even a gaming PC. But something even more surprising: It does all of these things really well without making any big blunders. It's anything but a lazy compromise. Because, despite its compact dimensions and 2-in-1 functionality, the hardware isn't throttled and boasts, at least in turbo mode, above-average performance."

PCMag

Mark Knapp | August 2023
"Even after a short time with the LOQ 15, you'll find it has a lot going for it, but ultimately it's just "good"—not quite a star. The performance is respectable for the hardware it’s running, but Lenovo had to make some design sacrifices to trim the price. One of the better aspects is the keyboard, making it one of the better low-cost gaming laptops to actually put your hands on."
