Considering the ASUS ROG Flow X13's premium pricing, you're paying for its higher portability due to its smaller size and lower weight, as well as its 2-in-1 convertible feature which allows it to be used as a tablet. It also has a slightly better performance with a more powerful processor and graphics card. On the other hand, the Lenovo Legion 5 15" is generally less expensive, offers good performance for its price range, and has a larger screen which might be better for gaming and productivity tasks, but it's heavier and not as portable as the ASUS. If ultimate portability and a 2-in-1 design are crucial for you, and you're okay with a higher cost, the ASUS could be your choice. However, if you prefer a larger screen and better price-to-performance ratio for gaming without a need for tablet functionality, the Lenovo could be a more suitable option. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Sebastian Bade | February 2021
"The Asus ROG Flow X13 is not an off-the-shelf convertible. This quickly becomes clear when you take a closer look at the technical specs. The AMD Ryzen 9 5980HS is a state-of-the-art SoC with 8 cores and 16 threads, which also makes the 2-in-1 interesting as a work device. With 32 GB of RAM and a 1 TB SSD, gamers are also well taken care of. The dedicated Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Max-Q fits well into the overall concept and ensures a solid 3D performance. With the eGPU dock, which is equipped with a GeForce RTX 3080, the small convertible transforms into a full-fledged desktop replacement in terms of performance."

Andreas Osthoff | September 2021
"The Lenovo Legion 5 15 is an affordable gaming laptop with a lot of power. The new AMD processor Ryzen 7 5800H offers plenty of performance and it is also very efficient. The combination with the fast 130W version of the GeForce RTX 3060 ensures high gaming performance. We also like the fast 165 Hz display with the 1080p resolution. The automatic graphics switching causes some problems with stutters, which are very annoying. If you do not need long battery runtimes, you should definitely deactivate the hybrid graphics mode in Lenovo's Vantage app. The Legion 5 15 is never silent."
