The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) offers a high-quality IPS display with a high resolution, and it's known for exceptional build quality and a quiet, fanless operation, making it suitable for users who prefer a premium MacOS experience and need a machine for general use to intensive tasks that do not heavily rely on gaming or touch input. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360, usually more affordable than the MacBook, has a larger OLED touchscreen suitable for design work and general use, with higher RAM and an Intel processor, making it versatile for Windows users and a good fit for tasks that can benefit from a touch interface. The Apple MacBook Pro 13 and the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 have similar screen quality.
The Apple MacBook Pro 13's screen is appreciated for its sharp resolution and brightness, making it great for everyday tasks and suitable for design work due to its wide color gamut, which ensures accurate color reproduction. However, for 3D applications, its lower refresh rate proves to be a disadvantage as smoother motion and quicker refreshes are pivotal for such tasks. As for the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360, it mirrors these characteristics with a high-quality display suitable for general use and engineering, but its gaming and 3D performance are inhibited by its refresh rate, which isn't geared towards high-frame-rate requirements of those applications.

The Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 and Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) are both good for engineering and design.
The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) with its M2 chip offers a balance of efficient performance and superb screen quality for engineering and design work, plus it's appreciated for a quiet operation; however, its RAM and storage are modest compared to the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360, which boasts more memory, a larger screen and OLED technology, better suiting those who need more resources for complex tasks and prefer a 2-in-1 form factor. While the MacBook has a longer battery life and a higher resolution display, the Galaxy Book3 offers a touchscreen option and potentially better multitasking capabilities due to its higher RAM capacity, though this comes at the cost of a lower battery life and a less portable design.

How the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and the Samsung Galaxy Book3 360 compare to other laptops
"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"The Samsung Galaxy Book 3 360 isn’t a laptop that the Korean manufacturer has shouted from the rooftops about, and it seems to have gotten little attention from anywhere. But, it is absolutely a laptop worth paying attention to. Compared to higher-priced devices, like the Dell XPS 13 (2022) and Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED (2023), it manages to offer a similar day-to-day experience despite the price difference. It’s really hard to justify the extra cash unless a boosted display is a requirement of yours."
