The Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) offers longer battery life and higher build quality, which makes it great for general use and portable work. However, it costs more and is less suitable for intensive gaming or engineering tasks. Alternatively, the MSI GF65 Thin has a more powerful dedicated graphics card and a higher refresh rate display, which provides better performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, and gaming but it has shorter battery life and lower screen resolution. The MSI is heavier and not as portable as the MacBook Pro. If portability and battery are paramount, go for the MacBook Pro; if gaming or specific high-performance tasks are a priority, consider the MSI. Give Feedback

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 has a better screen than the MSI GF65 Thin for general use, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The MacBook Pro 13's high resolution and bright display, coupled with its excellent color accuracy covering broad color gamuts, make it outstanding for engineering and design, where precision in color representation is crucial. However, the MacBook’s standard refresh rate isn’t ideal for 3D applications that benefit from higher refresh rates for smoother graphics. On the other hand, the MSI GF65 Thin, while having a fair display for everyday tasks and sufficient for engineering work, lacks the high refresh rate and superior color gamuts, limiting its performance for demanding 3D work and making it less optimal for professional design applications.

How the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and the MSI GF65 Thin compare to other laptops
"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"The MSI GF65 Thin offers a GeForce RTX 3060 on a budget. The MSI GF65 is a relatively inexpensive RTX 3060 laptop and, perhaps not coincidentally, it also comes with a slower-than-average RTX 3060 GPU. Other laptops we've tested thus far with the same GPU are about 10 to 15 percent faster. CPU performance is also slightly slower than average unless if users decide to enable Cooler Boost mode. Colors, black-white response times, Thunderbolt, and DisplayPort are either average or completely omitted. Gamers who want to maximize performance-per-dollar without sacrificing RAM or SSD upgradeability will find the lightweight MSI GF65 attractive."
