When making a decision between the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and the HP Pavilion 15, consider that the MacBook Pro is more expensive but offers a high-resolution Retina display, longer battery life, and a silent fanless design, which makes it suitable for use in quiet environments. It is also more portable due to its smaller screen and lightweight design. The HP Pavilion 15, on the other hand, offers a larger screen and more storage at a lower price, but with lower screen resolution and quality. The Pavilion may be a better value for general use and tasks that need more storage, while the MacBook Pro excels in performance and display quality for intensive tasks like graphic design, video editing, and software development. The Pavilion is suitable for those on a budget, but the MacBook Pro is tailored for users needing a high-performance machine in a portable form factor. Give Feedback

The Apple MacBook Pro 13 has a better screen than the HP Pavilion 15 for general use, AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
For general use, the MacBook Pro 13 stands out with a high-quality panel, higher resolution, and brighter display, offering clear and sharp visuals, whereas the HP Pavilion 15's lower resolution and dimmer screen might make for a less vibrant experience. In engineering and design, the MacBook's wider color gamut coverage ensures more accurate color representation, crucial for professional editing work, which the HP may not match due to its limited color range. When it comes to 3D, the MacBook Pro is less suited due to its standard refresh rate; however, the HP Pavilion 15, while also not optimized for 3D, with a poor refresh rate, doesn't improve the situation, rendering both less ideal for high-frame-rate 3D applications.

How the Apple MacBook Pro 13 (2022) and the HP Pavilion 15 compare to other laptops
"The MacBook Pro 13 is still a very good subnotebook. The 2022 MacBook Pro 13 might look like recycling at first, because the device is completely identical to the old model expect for the new M2 SoC. We have to admit that we were surprised to see another iteration of the MBP 13 as well. The laptop is obviously familiar, but this does not change the fact that it is still a very good subnotebook. You get an excellent chassis with good stability, a very good display, good input devices and the new M2 chip is very powerful and efficient."
"The HP Pavilion 15 carries a fair amount of power and a sharp display in its handsome slimline shell. It's not perfect, but it's a hard worker. This is wonderfully designed and totes a heck of a lot of desktop power, with the added benefit of a decent webcam and a full-sized keyboard. If you're getting down to business on a budget, it's a great fit."
