The Apple MacBook Air 15 (2023) is less expensive with a strong balance of price and performance for general use; it's lighter with longer battery life, ideal for those prioritizing portability and everyday tasks. Its high-resolution display and MacOS operating system are perfect for users integrated into the Apple ecosystem and who prefer a fanless design for silent operation. In contrast, the MSI Vector GP76 is more expensive and has superior specs—more storage, more RAM, a high-end Intel processor and a powerful Nvidia graphics card—making it better suited for intensive tasks like gaming, 3D modeling, and machine learning. The MSI has a larger screen size but lower resolution and significantly shorter battery life, thus it's less portable but more geared towards performance-demanding applications. Give Feedback

Andreas Osthoff | June 2023
"The Apple MacBook Air 15 is boringly good. The new MacBook Air 15 is a very good, but also boring device, because apart from the larger screen and the higher price, there are no differences compared to the smaller MacBook Air M2 from last year. No new processor, no additional ports, just the usual basic hardware - but the overall package is extremely good and it simply works. Above all, the lack of fans is an aspect that should not be underestimated in everyday use. In our opinion, the Air could be a lot better, but Apple goes easy on itself here."

Marvin Gollor | May 2022
"The MSI Vector GP76 12UGS is a gaming laptop on speed. The advantages are clear: The Vector GP76 is a real gamer with its 360 Hz display and super-fast response times. In addition, the Core i7-12700H has double the power of the CPU in its predecessor and another highlight is the Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti with a real power consumption of 150 watts. This places the device in the top range of our database. The Vector can also operate rather quietly, offers a full sound range, improved battery runtimes, a key-configurable RGB keyboard, a very stable chassis and good upgrade options. Moreover, the display produces a nice, rich and clear picture."
