The Apple MacBook Air 15 has a better screen than the Lenovo Yoga 6 for general use, AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Apple MacBook Air has a high-resolution display with bright, vibrant colors that make everyday tasks and detailed engineering work clear and pleasing to the eye, but its generally lower refresh rate limits its effectiveness for 3D applications where smooth motion is key. The Lenovo Yoga 6 offers moderate brightness and resolution that suffices for general and engineering usage but might lack the screen fidelity experienced designers prefer; additionally, its lower refresh rate diminishes its suitability for fast-paced gaming and 3D rendering. Lastly, for both engineering and 3D work, the color range of the MacBook Air is superior, displaying a broader spectrum of colors with greater accuracy, which can be critical for professional design work.

How the Apple MacBook Air 15 (2023) and the Lenovo Yoga 6 compare to other laptops
"The Apple MacBook Air 15 is boringly good. The new MacBook Air 15 is a very good, but also boring device, because apart from the larger screen and the higher price, there are no differences compared to the smaller MacBook Air M2 from last year. No new processor, no additional ports, just the usual basic hardware - but the overall package is extremely good and it simply works. Above all, the lack of fans is an aspect that should not be underestimated in everyday use. In our opinion, the Air could be a lot better, but Apple goes easy on itself here."
"The AMD R7-7730U in the Lenovo Yoga 6 13 provides a suitable answer to the limited cooling capabilities of a convertible - especially in tablet mode. It draws high computing power from a comparatively limited power supply so that less heat has to be dissipated at the same time."
