The Acer Swift 14 is somewhat more expensive and has a higher performance for general usage, a stronger-built chassis, and a brighter screen, making it suitable for intensive tasks. However, the LG Gram 16, which is less expensive and has a substantially longer battery life, also offers a larger, high-contrast display. The LG Gram is remarkably quiet and slightly lighter, ideal for portability and everyday use without the need for intensive computing power. Give Feedback

The Acer Swift 14 has a better screen than the LG Gram 16 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
The Acer Swift 14, with its superior color accuracy and higher resolution, offers crisper visuals and more vibrant colors, making it ideal for engineering and design tasks that require detail and a broad color spectrum. The LG Gram 16, while offering a larger screen with good color reproduction and brightness, provides ample workspace for general use and sufficient quality for most engineering applications but lacks the color precision of the Acer. Neither, however, offers the high refresh rates needed for smooth rendering in gaming and 3D applications, where fast-moving visuals are crucial.

How the Acer Swift 14 and the LG Gram 16 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, John Peroramas | April 2023
"The Acer Swift 14 is good for school use. Its compact design makes it easy to carry around, and its battery lasts easily through a typical school day. You can configure the laptop with an FHD+ or QHD+ display; both look sharp and get bright enough to combat glare. The keyboard feels tactile but can be a little tiring to type on over an extended period, and while the touchpad is small, it's responsive to all movements and gestures. Its Intel 13th Gen. CPU can handle nearly every type of workload; however, its integrated graphics perform poorly, so it isn't ideal for students in technical fields like 3D graphics."
"The LG Gram 16 is a lightweight device with stability issues. The LG Gram 16Z90Q with a Core i7-1260P is made with portability in mind and places less of a focus on users with high demands on performance. The compact and light chassis is particularly practical when you are on the go. The device is not only comfortably small and lightweight, it also boasts a great battery life. When connected to mains, on the other hand, the 16-inch device is rather disappointing. The standard cooling mode causes extreme volatility in terms of CPU, SSD and iGPU performance. The meager stability of the chassis may also put off some potential buyers."
