The Acer Swift 14 is more expensive but offers a larger and higher resolution display, better screen color coverage, and generally higher performance for tasks like 3D rendering and engineering. It's also lighter, enhancing portability. However, the Lenovo Yoga 6 is less costly, has longer battery life, and its performance is ample for general use and somewhat capable for 3D tasks and engineering, though not as strong as the Acer. If budget is a concern and you prioritize battery life and a good enough performance for everyday tasks, the Lenovo Yoga 6 is suitable; if you need higher performance for professional or creative work and prefer a better display, the Acer Swift 14 is the recommended option. The Acer Swift 14 and Lenovo Yoga 6 are both only fair for gaming and AI, though the Acer Swift 14 is somewhat better.
The Acer Swift 14 offers better gaming and 3D capabilities mainly because it has a more capable GPU with Intel i7-13700H Iris Xe graphics, which are generally more powerful than the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U Vega 8 graphics in the Lenovo Yoga 6. While both laptops have similar screen refresh rates and quality display panels, the superior GPU in the Acer will deliver better frame rates and graphics performance, making it more suitable for gaming and 3D applications.

The Acer Swift 14 has a better screen than the Lenovo Yoga 6 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, software development, and content creation.
If you prioritize screen details and crisp images for office tasks and browsing, the Acer Swift 14 with its superior resolution and brightness will offer a more satisfying experience than the Lenovo Yoga 6. For engineering and design work where accurate color reproduction is critical, the Acer's wider color gamut presents more precise and vibrant colors, which is beneficial for projects requiring color accuracy. However, for gaming or 3D modeling, neither laptop is ideal due to low refresh rates, but Acer's better resolution and panel type may offer a slightly clearer picture despite these limitations.

How the Acer Swift 14 and the Lenovo Yoga 6 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, John Peroramas | April 2023
"The Acer Swift 14 is good for school use. Its compact design makes it easy to carry around, and its battery lasts easily through a typical school day. You can configure the laptop with an FHD+ or QHD+ display; both look sharp and get bright enough to combat glare. The keyboard feels tactile but can be a little tiring to type on over an extended period, and while the touchpad is small, it's responsive to all movements and gestures. Its Intel 13th Gen. CPU can handle nearly every type of workload; however, its integrated graphics perform poorly, so it isn't ideal for students in technical fields like 3D graphics."
"The AMD R7-7730U in the Lenovo Yoga 6 13 provides a suitable answer to the limited cooling capabilities of a convertible - especially in tablet mode. It draws high computing power from a comparatively limited power supply so that less heat has to be dissipated at the same time."
