The Acer Predator Triton 300 is a midrange-priced laptop, less expensive than the MSI Stealth GS77, with respectable performance for general use and gaming. It's lightweight and has decent battery life, making it more portable. However, it has less storage, a lower screen resolution, and a less powerful processor and graphics card compared to the MSI Stealth GS77. On the other hand, the MSI Stealth GS77 is a high-end device, pricier with a larger screen, higher resolution, and significantly better performance suited for demanding tasks like 3D rendering, machine learning, and engineering software. It has more storage, higher RAM, and a better battery life but is heavier, which can affect portability. Therefore, if budget and portability are priorities, and general use is the focus, go for the Acer Predator Triton 300. If you need a laptop for high-performance tasks and you don't mind the extra cost and weight, the MSI Stealth GS77 would be the better option. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth GS77 is very good for general use, while the Acer Predator Triton 300 is good.
The MSI Stealth GS77, with its higher-quality screen, greater storage and memory, and faster processor, aligns well with more demanding general use, but its larger size and weight affect its portability compared to the smaller, lighter Acer Predator Triton 300, which also has a lesser battery life and less impressive internal specs. However, the Acer Predator Triton 300 could appeal to users looking for a balance between performance and ease of mobility, having enough capability for everyday tasks with the benefit of being more comfortable to carry.

The MSI Stealth GS77 has a better screen than the Acer Predator Triton 300 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Acer Predator Triton 300 and MSI Stealth GS77 both have displays with resolutions and panel types that provide crisp and vibrant visuals essential for everyday tasks and detailed engineering work, while their brightness ensures comfortable use even in well-lit environments. However, the inclusion of wider color gamuts on these laptops enhances the accuracy of colors, a critical aspect for professionals in engineering and design who rely on precise color representation for their work. Yet, both models fall short for gaming and 3D applications due to lower refresh rates, which can lead to less fluid motion and a less immersive experience in fast-paced scenarios where higher refresh rates are crucial.

How the Acer Predator Triton 300 and the MSI Stealth GS77 compare to other laptops
"In our particular review configuration, the Acer Predator Triton 300 turned out to be a fairly powerful gaming notebook. Both CPU and GPU performance were at a high level, and the aluminum case turned out to be fairly robust. Only the display lid could have been a bit more robust. For customers on a budget that do not mind tinkering with the device’s fan management the Acer Predator Triton 300 can be worth a closer look."
"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
