The Acer Predator Helios 300 is good for gaming and AI, while the Lenovo Slim 7 16 is only fair.
The Acer Predator Helios 300 outclasses the Lenovo Slim 7 16 in gaming and 3D tasks primarily due to its superior GPU, the Nvidia RTX 3060 compared to the RTX 3050, and a higher screen refresh rate for smoother visuals. While the Lenovo Slim 7 16 offers a sharper display quality and longer battery life, it falls short in graphical performance and refresh rate, which are crucial for optimal gaming experiences.

How the Acer Predator Helios 300 and the Lenovo Slim 7 16 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Predator Helios 300 review is an overclocked gaming laptop with a good display. The Predator is large, heavy, and loud, but also offers plenty of performance according to gamers. An overclocked gaming laptop - or its user - also has to struggle with the usual disadvantages we mentioned above. On the other hand, overclocking is optional, and those who like it quieter and can live with a few less frames per second can also switch to the significantly more moderate Standard mode. Then the Helios 300 won't be any louder than the competitors."
"At $1,011, the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro is a real bargain among full-sized laptops, with a handsome 16-inch, 16:10 aspect ratio touch screen, a speedy CPU, a comfortable keyboard, ample memory, and a roomy solid-state drive. It's not a blazing gaming rig or mobile workstation, but it doesn't pretend to be. Its biggest negative is that it may be hard to find—during our review, it sold out and was marked "Temporarily Unavailable" on Lenovo's site."
