The Acer Aspire Vero 15 is a more affordable option with decent performance for general use, good battery life and is lighter, which makes it more portable. The MSI Stealth GS77 offers top-tier performance with features geared towards demanding engineering tasks, 3D rendering, and gaming, but it comes at a higher price and is heavier, thus less convenient to carry around. The MSI also has a larger, higher resolution display with a much higher refresh rate, making it suitable for fast-paced games and high-quality visual work, but it may not last as long on battery compared to the Acer. The MSI Stealth GS77 is very good for general use, while the Acer Aspire Vero 15 is good.
The MSI Stealth GS77 outshines the Acer Aspire Vero 15 in general use due to its more robust CPU and double the RAM, which contribute significantly to performance, coupled with a higher-quality screen that offers better colors and sharpness. However, these perks come with tradeoffs such as less portability due to its greater weight and somewhat shorter battery life, which can be important factors depending on whether you prioritize power over convenience.

The MSI Stealth GS77 is good for gaming and AI, while the Acer Aspire Vero 15 is only fair.
The MSI Stealth GS77 offers superior gaming and 3D performance mainly due to its high-end Nvidia RTX 3070 Ti graphics card and a screen refresh rate of 240Hz, which are critical for delivering smooth, high-quality visuals and gameplay. In contrast, the Acer Aspire Vero 15 comes with an Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics solution and a 60Hz screen refresh rate, which provide an adequate experience for less demanding games, but falls short for intensive gaming and 3D applications.

The MSI Stealth GS77 is very good for engineering and design, while the Acer Aspire Vero 15 is only fair.
The MSI Stealth GS77 is considered very good for engineering and design use because it has a more powerful CPU, double the RAM, and a significantly superior GPU compared to the Acer Aspire Vero 15, which positively affects performance in demanding tasks. Additionally, the MSI has a higher resolution and quality display which is critical for detailed design work, although it is less portable and noisier than the Acer, which might be a consideration for users on the go.

The MSI Stealth GS77 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire Vero 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Acer Aspire Vero 15, with its fair screen offerings, provides adequate resolution and brightness, making it suitable for everyday tasks and productivity, but it may not deliver the wide color gamuts required for precise engineering and design work. The MSI Stealth GS77, on the other hand, boasts a higher quality display with strong color accuracy and range, catering well to professionals who need true-to-life colors for detailed engineering and design tasks. However, both models fall short for 3D applications and gaming as they don't offer the high refresh rates which are crucial for smooth motion and a more immersive visual experience in fast-paced environments.

"The Acer Aspire Vero is an eco-friendly Windows 11 laptop. Made with PCR plastic, the Acer Aspire Vero stands out from the midrange laptop pack with a funky, eco-friendly design. Powering Microsoft’s latest operating system is a Core i7 chip from Intel’s latest series, integrated Intel Xe graphics, and an ample 16GB of RAM. The laptop feels snappy, but its battery life disappoints. I also have a few quibbles with the display and keyboard, but they’re relatively minor. With a longer runtime, the Aspire Vero would earn a stronger recommendation for students or anyone looking for an eco-friendly, big-screen laptop."
"The MSI Stealth GS77 is better than the GS76... mostly. The GS77 is a few steps forward and a few steps back from the GS76. Improvements are numerous including the stronger and more rigid skeleton, higher resolution webcam, larger clickpad, easier serviceability, relatively similar battery runtimes, newer display options, and higher performance at about the same TDP and TGP levels as before. CPU performance is better than expected even when compared to other laptops with Core i7 or Core i9 processors. The newer model feels more substantial than the outgoing one for higher quality impressions as well."
