The Acer Aspire Vero 15 generally offers a sturdier build and better sustainability credentials, which justifies its higher price tag compared to the HP Pavilion 15. If you prioritize performance and durability and are willing to invest more upfront, the Acer might suit your needs. However, if you're looking for value and cost-effectiveness, especially for general use without intensive tasks like gaming or engineering work, the HP might be a more fitting choice, as it provides a balance between performance and budget. Keep in mind, a higher price doesn't always mean better performance for your specific use case, so consider what features are a priority for you before making a decision. Give Feedback

The Acer Aspire Vero 15 and HP Pavilion 15 are both only fair for gaming and AI.
The Acer Aspire Vero 15 and HP Pavilion 15 are fair for gaming and 3D mainly due to moderate integrated GPUs, but they are not specialized gaming laptops; for high-level gaming and detailed 3D work, laptops with dedicated high-performance GPUs and higher screen refresh rates are preferable. The Acer's screen is better with a higher resolution and an IPS panel for wider viewing angles, whereas the HP has a lower resolution and a TN panel which offers lesser screen quality; both have standard refresh rates, which is adequate for casual gaming but not ideal for competitive gaming where higher refresh rates offer smoother visuals.

How the Acer Aspire Vero 15 and the HP Pavilion 15 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Aspire Vero is an eco-friendly Windows 11 laptop. Made with PCR plastic, the Acer Aspire Vero stands out from the midrange laptop pack with a funky, eco-friendly design. Powering Microsoft’s latest operating system is a Core i7 chip from Intel’s latest series, integrated Intel Xe graphics, and an ample 16GB of RAM. The laptop feels snappy, but its battery life disappoints. I also have a few quibbles with the display and keyboard, but they’re relatively minor. With a longer runtime, the Aspire Vero would earn a stronger recommendation for students or anyone looking for an eco-friendly, big-screen laptop."
"The HP Pavilion 15 carries a fair amount of power and a sharp display in its handsome slimline shell. It's not perfect, but it's a hard worker. This is wonderfully designed and totes a heck of a lot of desktop power, with the added benefit of a decent webcam and a full-sized keyboard. If you're getting down to business on a budget, it's a great fit."
