Choose the ASUS Zenbook 14 for its vibrant OLED display with higher resolution and color accuracy, making it excellent for visual tasks and media consumption. It offers better performance with an Intel i5-1240P processor and Iris Xe graphics, suitable for light gaming and creative work. The ASUS is also more compact and has a backlit keyboard with a fingerprint reader for added convenience and security. However, it has a lower battery life compared to the Acer. The Acer Aspire Go 14 is a more budget-friendly option with a longer battery life, making it a good choice for general use and portability. It's slightly heavier and thicker but still quite portable. The AMD Ryzen 3 7320U processor and Radeon 610M graphics are adequate for everyday tasks, but it may struggle with more demanding applications. The screen, while not OLED, still offers good color coverage and a higher refresh rate for smoother visuals in general use. Consider the ASUS for better performance and display quality if you prioritize these over battery life and budget. Opt for the Acer if you want longer battery life and a more affordable price, accepting some compromises on performance and display tech. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Florian Glaser | August 2022
"Users who travel frequently and are looking for a portable laptop are in the right place with the Asus ZenBook 14. The sleek case is extremely light (1.2 kg) and surprisingly thin (1.5 cm). Outdoor use is also enjoyable thanks to the bright Full HD display, which is something that can rarely be said about laptops with TN or IPS panels. The excellent battery life complements this as well. Longer trips are no problem with the ZenBook 14. Another plus point is the high-performance Ryzen 7 5700U, which often leaves the Intel competition in the dust thanks to its large number of cores."
