The Acer Aspire 5 17 offers a larger screen and higher storage capacity but is heavier which makes it less portable. In contrast, the LG Ultra 13 is lighter and more portable with a higher battery life, better screen quality, and better performance for 3D, machine learning, and engineering tasks despite having less storage. If portability and screen quality are your priorities and you can manage with less storage, the LG Ultra 13 is the better choice. However, if you prefer a larger screen, more storage, and don't mind a heavier laptop, the Acer Aspire 5 17 could be more suitable. Give Feedback

How the Acer Aspire 5 17 and the LG Ultra 13 compare to other laptops
"The Acer Aspire 5 17 laptop shows the expected strengths in the test. Besides the usual high build quality, the configuration convinces in most benchmarks and tests. The combination of CPU, GPU, and RAM is absolutely sufficient for the everyday office and browsing tasks of a laptop. It also renders the odd game passably if the requirements aren't too high. We liked the matte display in the test as well as the fairly manageable dimensions despite the screen size. It can also be used outdoors, even if it's certainly not a laptop designed for mobility."
"The 13.3-inch LG Gram is a fine fit if you need to travel as light as possible for as long as possible without spending a fortune to do it. It might not be particularly sturdy or have an eye-catching design and its webcam is less than ideal, but with its sharp touch display, comfortable backlit keyboard, responsive touchpad and a fingerprint reader for extra security, the Gram makes a respectible everyday laptop for business or school work."
