The Acer Aspire 5 15 offers a good balance of performance and affordability, making it suitable for general use and light productivity tasks. It has good battery life and is quite portable, which is convenient if you're often on the move. However, the MSI Bravo 15, while more expensive, offers better performance for tasks like gaming, 3D rendering, or intensive computing due to its more powerful graphics chip. It has a higher refresh rate display, which is particularly beneficial for gaming, but it's also heavier, which could make it less ideal for travel. If budget is a significant concern and your tasks don't demand high graphics performance, the Acer might be the better choice. If you're looking for higher performance for specialized tasks and don't mind the additional cost and weight, the MSI Bravo 15 would be more suitable. Give Feedback

NotebookCheck

Sascha Mölck | November 2022
"The Acer Aspire 5 15 is a good value office laptop with reasonable battery life. The combination of slim exterior, relatively low weight (approx. 1.7 kg) and 8 hour real-life battery runtime makes the Acer Aspire a truly mobile laptop. The modest Tiger Lake processor supports this area and simultaneously ensures an affordable price point. The Aspire produces little noise and stays cool. The screen (FHD, IPS) might not win any prizes but is entirely appropriate for the price."

Nikolay Palaozov | July 2023
"Overall, the MSI Bravo 15 C7U is a great gaming device for the masses that isn’t too pricey. The capable hardware (for the price range), the 144Hz display, and the comfortable keyboard are one of the things that should attract buyers who don’t want to spend a fortune on a new gaming laptop."
