If cost is a primary concern and your tasks are basic such as browsing, office work, and media consumption, the Acer Aspire 5 15 is a budget-friendly choice that will meet these needs. However, if you require a laptop for resource-intensive activities like gaming, 3D modeling, or high-end graphic design, the Lenovo Legion 9i, while more expensive, offers superior performance and is better equipped to handle these demands. Keep in mind that the Legion 9i may also have a shorter battery life due to its powerful components and may be heavier, reducing its portability compared to the lighter Acer Aspire 5 15. NotebookCheck

Sascha Mölck | November 2022
"The Acer Aspire 5 15 is a good value office laptop with reasonable battery life. The combination of slim exterior, relatively low weight (approx. 1.7 kg) and 8 hour real-life battery runtime makes the Acer Aspire a truly mobile laptop. The modest Tiger Lake processor supports this area and simultaneously ensures an affordable price point. The Aspire produces little noise and stays cool. The screen (FHD, IPS) might not win any prizes but is entirely appropriate for the price."

PCMag

Matthew Buzzi | December 2023
"The Lenovo Legion 9i is meant as a top-end flagship showcase for enthusiasts, and on that, it delivers. You'll find flashier designs in this price tier—Razer’s all-metal build in a similarly sized laptop like the Blade 16, or monstrous 18-inch machines—but this is a well-thought-out laptop. The chassis is trim for a 16-inch powerhouse, the lid is unique, and bespoke liquid cooling takes performance to the next level."
