Choosing between the Acer Aspire 5 15 and the ASUS Zenbook Duo (2024) depends mainly on your usage needs and budget. The Acer Aspire 5 15 offers a lower price with a larger screen size, making it suitable for general use and some engineering tasks. Although less portable with a shorter battery life and a heavier build than the Zenbook, it does have a backlit keyboard and a number pad which might be useful for data entry tasks. The Zenbook Duo, on the other hand, costs more and provides a smaller but higher resolution touchscreen with better color accuracy and a higher refresh rate, suited for tasks that require more precise visuals like photo editing or design. It's more portable with a longer battery life, making it better for on-the-go use, and comes with enhanced features like a backlit keyboard, facial recognition, and is suitable for intensive gaming. Consider what's more critical to you: a more budget-friendly option for everyday tasks or a higher-end device with advanced features for specialized work and entertainment. Give Feedback

How the Acer Aspire 5 15 and the ASUS Zenbook Duo (2024) compare to other laptops
"The Acer Aspire 5 15 is a good value office laptop with reasonable battery life. The combination of slim exterior, relatively low weight (approx. 1.7 kg) and 8 hour real-life battery runtime makes the Acer Aspire a truly mobile laptop. The modest Tiger Lake processor supports this area and simultaneously ensures an affordable price point. The Aspire produces little noise and stays cool. The screen (FHD, IPS) might not win any prizes but is entirely appropriate for the price."
"The Asus ZenBook Duo's second screen is like the Apple Touch Bar, but better. Most would agree that having two screens instead of one can really boost productivity and the ZenBook Duo is no different in this regard. It's tough going back to just one screen after becoming accustomed to spacious dual-screen setups. For a laptop form factor, however, users will have to accept some compromises. Firstly, weight is the most obvious drawback as the system is several hundred grams heavier than a regular ZenBook 14. Additionally, colors on the second screen will not be as vivid as the main display."
