The Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 is much cheaper and offers modest performance suitable for basic tasks with lower storage and power compared to the Dell Inspiron 14 7435. However, the Dell has significantly better performance due to a higher-tier processor and graphics, more RAM and storage, making it suitable for more demanding tasks like engineering and 3D work, albeit at a higher price. Both have touchscreens, similar battery life, and display qualities, with the Dell tipping the scales slightly in build quality and input device quality. The Dell is slightly heavier and a newer model, potentially providing longer relevance in terms of technology and support. Give Feedback

The Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 is good for general use, while the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 is only fair.
The Dell Inspiron 14 7435 surpasses the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 due to its higher capacity main processor, doubled RAM, and quadrupled storage, leading to better performance and multitasking capabilities for general use. While both offer good screen quality and similar portability, the Dell's superior keyboard and speaker quality, along with better heat management, contribute to a more enhanced user experience compared to the Acer's basic yet silent, fanless operation.

The Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 is only fair for gaming and AI, while the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 is poor.
The Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 and Dell Inspiron 14 7435 are considered fair for gaming and 3D because they both have integrated graphics units that are sufficient for casual gaming but may struggle with more intensive 3D tasks; additionally, both have screens with a standard refresh rate that isn't ideal for high-end gaming which often benefits from higher refresh rates. While the Dell Inspiron 14 7435 has a slightly more powerful CPU and better overall screen quality that might give it an edge in performance and visual experience, both will provide a similar level of gaming capability due to the limitations of their GPUs and refresh rates.

How the Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 and the Dell Inpsiron 14 7435 compare to other laptops
Olivier Martin, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | November 2023
"The Acer Aspire 3 Spin 14 is okay for school use. It feels reasonably well-built, and its compact design makes it easy to carry around. The battery lasts around seven hours of light use, so you only have to plug it in for a short time to get through a typical school day. The overall user experience is so-so; the display looks sharp but dim, and the touchpad is fairly responsive, albeit small."
"We see no shame in an economy laptop missing the four-star mark. Frankly, we considered giving the Inspiron 14 2-in-1 three-and-a-half stars for its low price, competitive performance, and long battery life. Unfortunately, working with a screen that can't deliver at least 300 nits of brightness is simply no fun to the point of detrimental. Still, if you're looking for a convertible laptop on a tight budget, it's worth keeping an eye on Dell's sales and discounts. That Lavender Blue model is fairly tempting."
