For everyday tasks, the Acer Aspire 3 15 is a solid choice with its budget-friendly price and adequate performance. It's also a good option if you need a larger screen and a traditional laptop experience without touch capabilities. However, if you're looking for a more versatile device with a high-resolution OLED touchscreen, superior color accuracy, and longer battery life, the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge 16 is the way to go, especially if you value portability and a premium build. It's also better suited for more demanding tasks like 3D rendering or machine learning, thanks to its more powerful GPU and additional RAM. Keep in mind that the Samsung model is pricier and might be overkill if you're only planning to use it for basic tasks. Give Feedback

Rtings

Alexander Tozzi, Ryan Lim, and Yannick Khong | March 2023
"The Acer Aspire 3 is okay for school use. It feels reasonably well-built, and it's easy to carry around. The display looks decently sharp and provides plenty of space for multitasking, but it doesn't get bright enough to combat glare. Its Intel Core i3-N305 CPU and integrated graphics can only handle simple tasks, like text processing, web browsing, and video playback, so it isn't ideal for students in more technical fields like 3D graphics. Unfortunately, the battery lasts only around six to seven hours of light use."
