The Acer Aspire 3 15 is a budget-friendly option that is much less expensive and offers portability with a high battery life, making it suitable for general use and light tasks. However, it has less storage, memory, and a less powerful processor and graphics unit, so it might not handle intensive tasks as well. In contrast, the MSI Stealth 17 comes at a higher price with premium features including a more powerful processor, superior graphics, and considerably more storage and memory, which makes it ideal for gaming, 3D rendering, and engineering work. Note that it is also heavier and has a shorter battery life, which may affect its portability. Give Feedback

The MSI Stealth 17 is very good for general use, while the Acer Aspire 3 15 is only fair.
The MSI Stealth 17 boasts a vastly superior CPU, an abundance of RAM, and a higher resolution screen which cumulatively enhance its performance, screen quality, and thus suitability for general use compared to the Acer Aspire 3 15's lower-tier CPU, modest RAM, and standard resolution display. However, the Acer Aspire 3 15 offers better portability due to its lighter weight and slightly longer battery life, despite its tradeoff in performance and screen quality.

The MSI Stealth 17 is excellent for gaming and AI, while the Acer Aspire 3 15 is poor.
The MSI Stealth 17 is excellent for gaming and 3D due to its powerful Nvidia RTX 4090 graphics card and a high screen refresh rate of 240 Hz, enabling smoother visuals and better response times. In comparison, the Acer Aspire 3 15 is considered fair, as it features a more modest AMD Radeon 610M graphics card and a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz, which are adequate but not optimal for demanding gaming and 3D applications.

The MSI Stealth 17 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Acer Aspire 3's screen offers basic resolution and brightness, making it adequate for tasks like browsing and document editing, but the lack of wide color gamut and high refresh rate limits its effectiveness for professional design work and delivers a less immersive experience in fast-paced gaming. MSI Stealth 17's display provides higher resolution and brightness for sharp and vivid visuals in everyday and professional tasks, while the expansive color gamut ensures accurate color representation vital for engineering and design. However, despite its superior general and color performance, its lower refresh rate makes it less than ideal for gaming, where smoother motion offered by higher refresh rates is crucial.

"The Acer Aspire 3 is okay for school use. It feels reasonably well-built, and it's easy to carry around. The display looks decently sharp and provides plenty of space for multitasking, but it doesn't get bright enough to combat glare. Its Intel Core i3-N305 CPU and integrated graphics can only handle simple tasks, like text processing, web browsing, and video playback, so it isn't ideal for students in more technical fields like 3D graphics. Unfortunately, the battery lasts only around six to seven hours of light use."
"The MSI Stealth 17 Studio is a laptop with a quiet RTX 4080 for almost every occasion. The MSI Stealth 17 Studio is equally capable of high-level media processing and playing current games. It remains pleasantly quiet, even if a few percentage points of power have had to be sacrificed in the process. But, it is not quite perfect: To some extent, the Stealth 17 is well thought out. It packs tons of graphics power and high-end components in a slim case. The laptop's cooling system can be set such that, noise-wise, it doesn't even reach low volume. However, small flaws cloud otherwise exceptionally positive impressions."
