If you need a laptop primarily for everyday activities like browsing the internet, working with office documents, and streaming videos, the Acer Aspire 3 15 can be a more cost-effective and practical choice given its sufficient capabilities for such tasks and usually longer battery life. However, if you are a serious gamer, engaged in content creation, or need a machine for computational-heavy tasks like 3D modeling or machine learning, the MSI GE66 Raider is better equipped due to its high-performance hardware but at a higher cost and with typically less battery life. The GE66 Raider will also be less portable due to its larger size and heavier weight compared to the Acer Aspire 3 15. Give Feedback

The MSI GE66 Raider is very good for general use, while the Acer Aspire 3 15 is only fair.
The MSI GE66 Raider provides a more robust performance with its high-end CPU and GPU, and significantly more RAM compared to the Acer Aspire 3 15, making it better suited for intensive tasks but with less portability due to its heavier weight and shorter battery life. The Acer Aspire 3 15, on the other hand, offers decent performance for general use with an adequate screen and longer battery life, making it more portable and suited for on-the-go users, despite inferior CPU performance and less RAM.

The MSI GE66 Raider has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
The Acer Aspire 3 15's screen offers adequacy for everyday tasks due to its resolution and brightness, but for engineering and design, its limited color gamut doesn't provide the range needed for precision work. The MSI GE66 Raider's display excels for general use and professional design tasks because it combines higher resolution, brightness, and a broad color spectrum, ensuring accurate color representation. However, both laptops fall short for gaming and 3D applications as their screens don't have high enough refresh rates to deliver the smooth visuals required by these activities.

"The Acer Aspire 3 is okay for school use. It feels reasonably well-built, and it's easy to carry around. The display looks decently sharp and provides plenty of space for multitasking, but it doesn't get bright enough to combat glare. Its Intel Core i3-N305 CPU and integrated graphics can only handle simple tasks, like text processing, web browsing, and video playback, so it isn't ideal for students in more technical fields like 3D graphics. Unfortunately, the battery lasts only around six to seven hours of light use."
"The MSI Raider GE66 12UHS notebook passes with flying colors. The GE66 is a high-end notebook with strong performance. The keyboard and trackpad are still very good and score well with precise inputs as well as high build quality. Thanks to a new liquid metal cooling solution, the Intel Core i9 12900HK brings a performance increase of around 50 percent over the predecessor's Intel Core i9 10980HK. The installed graphics card in our device delivers up to 30 percent higher frame rates than the RTX 2070 Super in the MSI GE66 10SFS."
