The Acer Aspire 3 15 is less expensive with decent battery life, making it suitable for basic general use and tasks like web browsing, office work, and media consumption. It is lightweight and has a budget-friendly AMD processor and integrated graphics, which are not designed for intensive tasks. On the other hand, the Gigabyte Aero 5 costs more but offers significantly better performance for 3D rendering, machine learning, gaming, and engineering applications, thanks to its powerful Intel processor and Nvidia graphics. It also features a high-quality OLED display with excellent color accuracy, but it is heavier and has a shorter battery life, which affects portability. Give Feedback

The Gigabyte Aero 5 has a better screen than the Acer Aspire 3 15 for general use, gaming and AI, engineering and design, content creation, and software development.
For general use, the Acer Aspire 3 15's display provides an adequate experience with acceptable resolution and brightness, but might not stand out in terms of vibrant colors or sharpness. The Gigabyte Aero 5 excels with a bright, high-resolution screen that ensures crisp images and vivid colors, which is especially beneficial for engineering and design work that requires precise color representation and detail. However, for gaming and 3D applications, both laptops fall short due to their lesser refresh rates, which can lead to less fluid motion and a less immersive experience.

"The Acer Aspire 3 is okay for school use. It feels reasonably well-built, and it's easy to carry around. The display looks decently sharp and provides plenty of space for multitasking, but it doesn't get bright enough to combat glare. Its Intel Core i3-N305 CPU and integrated graphics can only handle simple tasks, like text processing, web browsing, and video playback, so it isn't ideal for students in more technical fields like 3D graphics. Unfortunately, the battery lasts only around six to seven hours of light use."
"It is unfortunate that the Gigabyte AERO notebook series have seem to lost its charm, as it’s not exactly any much different from the AORUS series now. Regardless, content creators and designers will certainly still appreciate the features on the AERO 5 XE4, which are fundamental to their work. This largely revolved around the notebook’s display, which is colour calibrated and validated, high resolution (4K) and with great AMOLED colour representation. Now that the AERO 5 XE4 has improved its performance with the latest CPU and GPU, the professionals can also appreciate the improved productivity from the notebook."
