If you prioritize wireless convenience and portability for use during exercise or travel, the Soundcore Space A40 would be a better fit due to its earbud form factor, lighter weight, and active noise cancelling. Conversely, if your focus is on gaming and calls, Turtle Beach Recon 70 might suit you better with its superior microphone quality and robust build, though keep in mind it’s wired and less portable. The Recon 70 is also a better option for extended listening sessions like books or podcasts, but if you're looking to save money, it's the more economical choice. Give Feedback

Sound Guys

Sam Smart | May 2023
"The Anker Soundcore Space A40 is an excellent deal if you want affordable noise canceling earbuds with great sound. The baseline frequency response is enjoyable, and the many EQ presets to choose from plus the ability to customize your sound profile makes it good for pretty much anyone. The noise canceling is quite good, and the many ear tips to choose from ensure a good fit for the noise canceling and isolation to do its job."

Sound Guys

Sam Moore | September 2022
"There aren’t many considerations to make here. The Turtle Beach Recon 70 sounds decent, offers solid chat audio, feels good to wear over long periods, and it works everywhere. If you’re in the market for a simple plug-and-play option, you could do a whole lot worse (and spend a whole lot more money). Regardless, if getting something cheap that works well is the only thing you care about, this is a great option."
