If you prioritize sound quality for music and a closed design for better passive noise isolation, the Soundcore Space A40 would serve you well, and they also have an app equalizer for sound customization. However, if you seek comfort and the ability to maintain awareness of your surroundings, perhaps for outdoor exercise, the Shokz OpenMove with its bone conduction technology is preferable. The OpenMove is also more suited for calls with higher microphone quality and is designed to be sweatproof and dustproof, ideal for active use. Keep in mind, though, that this technology traditionally offers less sound fidelity compared to the conventional earbuds like the Space A40. Give Feedback

Sound Guys

Lily Katz | May 2023
"The Shokz OpenMove are a bit more affordable than the company's other bone conduction headphones, making them a more appealing option for athletes on a budget. These headphones support premium features like multipoint connectivity and a durable build, but you lose other niceties like fast charging and a long battery life. Still, for less than $80, these are nice bone conduction headphones that will keep you safe when exercising."

"The Anker Soundcore Space A40 is an excellent deal if you want affordable noise canceling earbuds with great sound. The baseline frequency response is enjoyable, and the many EQ presets to choose from plus the ability to customize your sound profile makes it good for pretty much anyone. The noise canceling is quite good, and the many ear tips to choose from ensure a good fit for the noise canceling and isolation to do its job."
