If you exercise frequently and need durable earbuds, the Sennheiser Momentum Sport with their sweatproof and dustproof features would be a better choice, as well as offering health-related tracking. However, if you prioritize best-in-class sound for books and podcasts, the Sony WF1000XM4 could be more suitable, and they're usually slightly cheaper. The Sony also provides virtual surround sound, which can enhance the listening experience for supported content, but they have poor microphone quality, which is not ideal for calls. Both have active noise cancelling, but if battery life is a concern, Sonys last longer with 9 hours compared to Sennheisers' 6 hours. Give Feedback

How the Sennheiser Momentum Sport and the Sony WF1000XM4 compare to other earbuds and headphones
"We hadn't been expecting a new pair of dedicated sports buds but the surprise was nonetheless exciting. I got to try out the new buds at CES 2024 and while they have stayed true to delivering that "signature" Sennheiser sound, with a wide soundstage and strong sense of detail, it’s the extra wearable tech inside them that stands out to me against the best workout headphones."
"The headphones deliver a satisfying user experience, class-leading battery life, some of the best noise-cancelling we’ve heard in this category, and absolutely stunning sound quality."
