The Razer Hammerhead True Wireless earbuds are more budget-friendly and could be a good choice if you're looking for affordability with the convenience of a wireless experience, suitable for casual use and gaming, given Razer's gaming-focused features like low-latency mode. However, the Thieaudio Monarch Mk II, while more expensive, offers higher sound quality that appeals to audiophiles, possibly due to better drivers and tuning. If you prioritize audio fidelity and listen to a lot of music, especially complex compositions, you may find the investment in the Thieaudio Monarch Mk II worthwhile. Keep in mind the Thieaudio may also have better build quality and potentially better long-term value. Give Feedback

The Verge

Chris Welch | August 2019
"This latest set is more “Pro” than not in both looks and features: they offer active noise cancellation, a low-latency gaming mode, and have switched to a in-ear design with silicone tips. Just like many of the company’s laptops and gaming accessories, the 2021 Hammerhead True Wireless include Razer’s full Chroma RGB system. It makes for what Razer calls “the ultimate wireless earbud flex.”"

Audiophile On | August 2021
"No other earphone I have listened to in the past 12 months has given me as much joy as the Thieaduio Monarch MKII. One of those IEMs will make you question where we can go from here. The sound is jaw-dropping, leaving you wanting more and more. It makes you want to run through your entire music library and reevaluate. It makes you not feel bad about paying full price for them, especially in a hobby where buyers' remorse is genuine. For me, it's top tier, rivaled by a few but not surpassed."
