If sound quality is your priority, the Moondrop Chu is better. However, if build quality matters more to you and you're okay with slightly lower sound quality, the KZ ZSN Pro would be suitable. The Moondrop Chu also has better mic quality, making it preferable for calls and meetings. For gaming and watching TV, the Moondrop Chu slightly edges out the KZ ZSN Pro. Neither has wireless capabilities or advanced features like active noise cancelling, but both are wired and reported as comfortable. If having a detachable cable is important for you, the KZ ZSN Pro has one, whereas the Moondrop Chu does not. Give Feedback

PrimeAudio

David Becker | 2019
"Undoubtedly the focus and the star of the show, the ZSN Pro’s bass is big, bold and bangin’. The amount of gusto in the low end should satisfy anyone who likes a large lick of bass and even certified bassheads will probably get a kick out of this."

Sound Guys

Jasper Lastoria | September 2022
"These budget buds put the pressure on those premium priced in-ear monitors to really justify the cost disparity. Offering excellent sound quality at any price, the Moondrop Chu is both a perfect entry into the audio enthusiast hobby, and an all around good pick for music fans."

About Moondrop

Moondrop is a Chinese brand of smart audio equipment, portable audio players, earbuds and headphones started in 2015. During the last few years they have become one of the major players in what is lovingly referred to as the Chi-fi market, the bulk of Chinese companies that have managed to actually compete with the western manufacturers in both prices and superior quality. Products such as the Blessing II, Chu and Kato are among the most popular offerings of the brand, more popular among those users that wish for good quality audio that won't break the bank. Besides audio, the brand also works in what they call the ACGN field (Animation, Comics, Games and Short Novels).
