If you prioritize having a high-quality microphone for calls and meetings, and need a reliable option for long periods of use at work, JLab Go Work Wireless with its boom mic and comfortable over-ear design may be worth the investment. However, if you're looking for a more affordable pair for listening to music, podcasts, and TV, and you prefer the portability of earbuds, KZ ZSN Pro X with its good audio quality and convenience of a detachable cable may suit you better. Keep in mind, JLab is wireless with an additional wired option and has active noise cancelling, which is great for travel, while KZ doesn't support wireless use and lacks noise cancelling, but is more compact and thus easier to carry around. "If you are going to criticise the JLab Go Work, it would be for the cables, which are to some extent too short for their intended use, and for its rather harsh treble reproduction above moderate volume levels in music mode. However, the call quality during telephone calls and video conferences in voice mode via wireless and via cable is impeccable. This handy Bluetooth headset also scores points with its excellent battery life and support for multipoint connections."
"The KZ ZSN PRO X offers superb sound for very little money, like under $30 USD. It has some rough edges with a plastic seam on the cable that can rub on your ear, and the bud is a bit large. The tech isn't cutting edge, but new doesn't always equal better. You should try it."
