If you're on a budget and plan to use the earbuds mainly for exercise or travel, the Jlab Go Air Sport would be sufficient as they are sweatproof, dustproof, and have secure ear hooks for a stable fit during physical activities. However, they deliver poor overall sound quality and aren't the best choice for an immersive music or podcast experience. On the other hand, the Sony WF1000XM4, while significantly more expensive, offer very good noise isolation with active noise cancelling, superior sound quality for all forms of audio content, and app-based customization options. They're not as suited for exercise due to their lack of a certified sweatproof design. If calls are a common use and microphone quality is a priority, the Jlabs are the better option, but for an all-around high-quality audio experience except for calls, the Sonys excel. Give Feedback

"If you want seriously bass-forward earphones for the gym, you'll be hard-pressed to find a pair more affordable than the JLab Go Air Sport. We like their long battery life and solid water-resistance rating, though we aren’t fans of their finicky on-ear controls and the case’s hardwired charging cable."
"The headphones deliver a satisfying user experience, class-leading battery life, some of the best noise-cancelling we’ve heard in this category, and absolutely stunning sound quality."
