If portability and exercise use are priorities, JBL Tune Flex earbuds are a solid choice since they're more compact, feature a low latency mode for gaming, and are sweatproof. For extended battery life, better mic quality, and an over-ear design that's generally more comfortable for long periods, the Sennheiser HD 250BT headphones are preferable, plus they support AptX Low Latency codec which is great for TV and gaming. Sennheisers are better for calls and meetings as well. If active noise cancelling is important, then JBL's option has that feature and Sennheiser does not. Give Feedback

"JBL is offering a similar design and arguably better resolution than the more expensive AirPods 3rd Generation. Add to that a comfortable and versatile fit, an equalizer and pretty decent ANC, and you’ve got a quality wireless earphone. I would have loved longer battery life and more crystal calls, but for the price, you can’t complain. A solid deal overall."
"As a lightweight, robust audio provider with a long battery life, the Sennheiser HD 250BT offer a lot for their price: very good Bluetooth codecs, an app connection and an extremely understated design. These headphones may not be among the most comfortable, but they deliver adequate sound – without overdriving or distortion."
