If noise isolation and a longer battery life are important factors for you, the JBL Tune 760NC headphones would be the better choice as they feature active noise cancelling and a substantial battery life which suits long flights or extended listening sessions. However, they are bulkier and more expensive. On the other hand, if you're on a budget and prefer a more open and natural soundstage, the Koss KSC75 would be a good pick. They are affordable clip-on headphones that do not have a mic, active noise cancelling or wireless capabilities, which might matter for calls, convenience, and noisy environments, but they excel in the clarity of sound for music and also have a surprising capability for TV and video. The Koss are much lighter and could be a better fit during exercise due to their clip-on design, but they won't isolate noise as well as the JBLs. Give Feedback

Major HiFi

Staff | May 2023
"The JBL 760NC offers quite a solid and moderately-above-average sonic performance for wireless headphones in this price tier. As usual, JBL outperforms more conventional big names like Apple or Beats. Listeners are given a clean, detailed, and mostly neutral sound that, typical to Harman, holds a universal appeal that seems unlikely to offend."

Crinacle | June 2022
"Let’s not insult the KSC75 by saying that it’s simply good for the price… because it’s far more than that. It basically has a monopoly at its asking price, and could still give modern budget headphones a run for their money 15 years after its release. The KSC75 is the world’s best not-headphone."

About JBL

JBL is an American audio equipment manufacturer. Owned by Harman International which is, itself, owned by Samsung Electronics. JBL markets a wide array of monitoring speakers, professional headphones and consumer market headphones and earbuds. It was founded in 1946 by James Bullough Lansing (whose initials give the company its name) and has become one of the most prolific audio companies ever. Their products were responsible for audio during the 1969 Woodstock Festival.

About Koss

Koss is an American headphone manufacturer established in 1953. In 1958, they created the first set of stereophones, that is headphones with stereo sound, and in 1984 they released the world-famous Porta Pro, a set of on-ear headphones that has remained essentially unchanged for more than 30 years and that is still made, sold and loved by many audio enthusiasts around the world today.
