If you prioritize wireless convenience and active noise cancelling for noisy environments like air travel, the JBL Tune 660NC is suitable and it's more portable with a longer battery life. However, if you appreciate very good sound quality, especially for music, and a more immersive soundstage, then the Philips Fidelio X2HR would be a better choice; note though they are open-backed, which means they don't isolate noise well and might leak sound, making them less ideal in noisy or shared spaces. The Philips headphones have excellent build quality but are not optimal for exercise as they are bulky and lack wireless capabilities. Give Feedback

SoundGuys

Chase Bernath | April 2023
"The JBL Tune 660NC is the best value you can get from a set of on-ear headphones. There's no companion app so you don't get many additional features, but everything the JBL Tune 660NC sets out to do, it does well. At this price, the JBL Tune 660NC is an easy recommendation for on-ear headphone lovers"
