The JBL Quantum 100 is a budget-friendly option with a boom microphone that's well-suited for gaming but lacks wireless connectivity, which could limit mobility and convenience. Meanwhile, the Sennheiser HD 350BT is priced higher but offers a more versatile wireless experience, better overall sound quality, and low latency coding, making them better for various uses such as TV, gaming, and travel. "I appreciate a functional piece of tech as much as I do gear on the bleeding edge, and the JBL Quantum 100 certainly falls in the former category. The sound is reasonably good, the built-in microphone is surprisingly reliable and it has a thoughtful design for the price. It lacks the convenience of Bluetooth, sure, but sometimes it’s nice not to have to worry about the finicky nature of wireless communication and go with good old hard-wired tech."
"Sennheiser nails just nearly everything about the Sennheiser HD 350BT headphones. Sound quality is excellent, and the high-quality Bluetooth codec support is a rarity at this price point. If you don’t care for high-tech features like automatic ear detection, you’ll be delighted with these portable headphones."
