The JBL Live Pro 2 is wireless, making them convenient for on-the-go use and exercise, with features like sweatproof certification and good battery life, whereas the Thieaudio Monarch Mk II requires a wired connection which may suit audiophiles seeking higher overall sound quality. The JBLs are more versatile for calls and have active noise cancelling for travel and noisy environments, but the Monarchs deliver superior audio fidelity, especially for music listening. Although JBLs are lighter and more portable, with better app support to customize settings, the Monarchs boast better build quality and a more immersive soundstage but lack a microphone and built-in controls. Choose JBL for convenience and features, or Monarch for top-tier audio quality, with the cost difference being significant. Give Feedback

"The JBL Live Pro 2 TWS occupy an interesting space in the wireless earbuds market. They’re a step up from cheap wireless earbuds and allow you to access better sound quality without having to make the jump to more premium options from the likes of Bose, Sony and Sennheiser. They’re an entertaining listen, easy to use and manage to pack in a lot of useful features. We think they’re well worth a listen."
"No other earphone I have listened to in the past 12 months has given me as much joy as the Thieaduio Monarch MKII. One of those IEMs will make you question where we can go from here. The sound is jaw-dropping, leaving you wanting more and more. It makes you want to run through your entire music library and reevaluate. It makes you not feel bad about paying full price for them, especially in a hobby where buyers' remorse is genuine. For me, it's top tier, rivaled by a few but not surpassed."
