If you prioritize a very good overall sound quality and noise isolation, especially if you exercise often or travel by air, the JBL Live Flex 3 with its sweat and dustproof certification and the smart charging case with LED touch display could be more suitable. They also support LDAC for higher quality audio over Bluetooth, and have a longer total battery life when including the charging case. On the other hand, if you're looking for headphones with a comfortable over-ear design, excellent build quality, and very good performance for TV and gaming due to lower latency, the Sennheiser 450BT is a solid and generally less expensive option. The Sennheiser also includes an aptX Low Latency codec for better sync with visuals and has excellent noise cancellation for noisy environments. About JBL
JBL is an American audio equipment manufacturer. Owned by Harman International which is, itself, owned by Samsung Electronics. JBL markets a wide array of monitoring speakers, professional headphones and consumer market headphones and earbuds. It was founded in 1946 by James Bullough Lansing (whose initials give the company its name) and has become one of the most prolific audio companies ever. Their products were responsible for audio during the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
