Choose JBL Live Flex 3 if you prefer earbuds for exercising, value portability, wireless convenience, and appreciate active noise cancelling, useful for loud environments or air travel. They support LDAC for high-quality audio and have a unique charging case with LED touch display. However, they're not recommended for gaming and TV due to poor performance in those aspects. The Rode NTH-100M headphones are better for calls, with best-in-class mic quality, and offer a high-quality build and very good sound for music and gaming. Their closed-back design provides some noise isolation but no active noise cancelling. They're wired, less portable, less suitable for exercise, and have a detachable cable. Give Feedback
