If you prioritize sound quality, comfort, and features like active noise cancelling and sweatproof certification, then the JBL Live Buds 3 would be the better choice despite being more expensive. They also offer longer battery life, a smart charging case with a touch display, and are optimized for both Android and Apple devices. However, for a more budget-friendly option with still good sound and noise isolation, the Moondrop Nekocake might suffice, though you'll sacrifice call quality and some of the premium features like wireless charging and an app equalizer that the JBL offers. About JBL
JBL is an American audio equipment manufacturer. Owned by Harman International which is, itself, owned by Samsung Electronics. JBL markets a wide array of monitoring speakers, professional headphones and consumer market headphones and earbuds. It was founded in 1946 by James Bullough Lansing (whose initials give the company its name) and has become one of the most prolific audio companies ever. Their products were responsible for audio during the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
About Moondrop
Moondrop is a Chinese brand of smart audio equipment, portable audio players, earbuds and headphones started in 2015. During the last few years they have become one of the major players in what is lovingly referred to as the Chi-fi market, the bulk of Chinese companies that have managed to actually compete with the western manufacturers in both prices and superior quality. Products such as the Blessing II, Chu and Kato are among the most popular offerings of the brand, more popular among those users that wish for good quality audio that won't break the bank. Besides audio, the brand also works in what they call the ACGN field (Animation, Comics, Games and Short Novels).
