If you're looking for a budget-friendly option with solid build quality and the ability to use them both wired and wirelessly, the JBL Live 670NC may suit you. They're comfortable on-ear headphones with good noise cancellation, ideal for air travel and have a detachable cable, which is great for durability. However, they don't excel in sound quality for music and aren't the best for TV, video, or gaming. On the other hand, Sony WF1000XM5 earbuds are pricier but offer very good overall sound quality, a snug fit for exercise, and advanced features like wireless charging, an equalizer app, and Sony's 360 Reality Audio for an immersive experience when using supported apps. Their active noise cancellation is also very good, making them suitable for travel and improving the listening experience in noisy environments, but they lack a wired option and may not be the best for calls. Sound Guys

Harley Maranan | July 2023
"The Sony WF-1000XM5 is among the best noise canceling earbuds currently on the market, and they aren’t cheap. These earbuds aren’t the best choice for budget-conscious listeners. But if you prioritize active noise cancelation, sound quality, and extensive software support, the WF-1000XM5 is worth its premium price tag."
