If active noise cancelling and better build quality are top priorities, along with the versatility to use them wirelessly or with a cable, then the JBL Live 670NC would be a good choice despite costing more. However, keep in mind they have low portability and are not optimal for exercise use. The Skullcandy Dime, being more budget-friendly, is very portable, and sweatproof certified makes it suitable for exercise, although they lack active noise cancelling and may not be as durable. Both have good microphone quality, but the JBL is better for air travel and calls, while the Skullcandy offers a good music experience at a lower cost. Give Feedback
