If you prioritize wearing comfort and the ability to hear your surroundings while listening to music, Shokz OpenMove would be a good choice due to their open design and bone conduction technology. However, if you're looking for better overall sound quality and activities like exercise where you need a sweatproof and dustproof option, the Jaybird Vista 2 would be a better fit as they also offer active noise cancelling for more immersive listening and better isolation from ambient noise. The Jaybird also has an app that allows equalizer and other audio controls customization, which the Shokz lack. Keep in mind that Vista 2 earbuds also provide a more secure fit with silicone fins, which is essential during vigorous activities. Give Feedback

Sound Guys

Chase Bernath | September 2022
"Compared to the original Vista, the Jaybird Vista 2 adds some key features including ANC and SurroundSense to control how much environmental noise you hear. If you're an athlete and are looking for rugged earbuds with tons of customization options, the Jaybird Vista 2 makes for a good option—but only if you are able to achieve a proper fit from the proprietary ear tips."

Sound Guys

Lily Katz | May 2023
"The Shokz OpenMove are a bit more affordable than the company's other bone conduction headphones, making them a more appealing option for athletes on a budget. These headphones support premium features like multipoint connectivity and a durable build, but you lose other niceties like fast charging and a long battery life. Still, for less than $80, these are nice bone conduction headphones that will keep you safe when exercising."
